Please let us know if you'd like to use the 1) air mattress or 2) pack and play, and we'll do our best to get them set up for you! ✦ Bathrooms ✦ ▻ Two full bathrooms, towels and washcloths in each. ▻ Hygiene essentials and scented-spray provided for your convenience. ▻The shower and tub work well, and are cosmetically painted fyi. Note: Please leave the window closed in the hallway bathroom. After shower use, you can leave bathroom doors open to help air movement. ✦ Outdoor Living ✦ ▻ Our inviting patio area features an 8-person outdoor table with detachable umbrella for shade. ▻ BBQ grill awaits on the patio, where you can sizzle up some delicious meals. Grab the meat thermometer in the kitchen, to achieve the best food temperature. ▻ Enjoy fun yard games of corn hole, disc-golf-putting, Jenga, or sit in the beautiful FL sunshine. ▻ Cushioned outdoor furniture to relax around the fire table, talk, or roast s'mores. :) ▻ Can bring up to two dogs under 25lbs each- there is a pet fee per pet, guests must add pets to reservation near the place you enter people. A kennel is needed for night time so your pet can sleep as our home doesn’t have one. Message host to make sure the pet rules & expectations are a good fit for your dog! ✦ Game Room in Garage ✦ ▻ Enjoy some recreation time in the garage with the game-table of Foosball or Air Hockey. ▻ Sit down for a strategic game challenge with a partner at the game table! There is Jenga or Games hanging on the wall with magnetic pieces. ▻ Laundry room is also in the garage, through a door and in a separated space. Note: garage is not climate controlled yet.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in nice condition. If any problems arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to take action ASAP. Notify me of any damage (even if it’s not your fault). Your honesty ensures a safe and enjoyable space for all our guests. There is one 55 inch Roku TV in the front room. Cable or streaming services are not provided currently, but you may login to your own personal apps! TRASH and RECYCLE is collected early Thursday mornings. On Wednesday night, if you can please roll out the black trash bin to the end of the driveway, by the street, next to the trees, (and other blue and orange bins too if they're full), that'd be great! Thursday, after the bins are empty, simply return all bins up against the house on the side of the home near the forested trees. ORANGE BIN: Cardboard and paper BLUE BIN: : plastic, glass, and aluminum. Kindly note, the garage stays closed. It is not climate controlled at this time. The tub and shower, though fully functional and clean, are painted and will be cosmetically updated soon. Thanks for understanding! Lighting in the backyard consists of table solar lamps, standing solar lamps, and string lights. Smaller dogs allowed (up to two) with permission from host. Please reach out to host to make sure dog is a good fit for our pet expectations. Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire home (minus a locked closet) plus a fenced back yard. Make yourself at home! There is a keypad entrance at the front door with an individualized code that will be sent to you directly before you check-in. There’s video + audio surveillance on the porch and in front yard.
