Stayed here for my masters graduation at UF and it was absolutely beautiful! The place was so very clean and Ann even put up congrats grad decor for me, it was so sweet and thoughtful. The home fit my family, friends, and even dog so well. I am so happy all of us were able to stay under one roof with the help of Ann. She also provided amazing local recommendations. Thank you so much!

El alojamiento es exactamente a las fotos, todos estaba muy limpio, las ropas de camas, toallas suficientes y muy limpias, habían muchos juegos de mesas para los niños, la casa es acogedora y es grande cada espacio está pensado para la familia… me hospedaría nuevamente sin pensarlo. La anfitriona Ann es súper amable, respondió muy rápido a mis preguntas, viajamos desde otra ciudad y no conocíamos el lugar, ella nos brindó todo lo necesario para que nuestra estadía fuera maravillosa. Gracias por este fin de semana tan agradable

For a family of 5, this was a cozy and warm place. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen with all amenities. As we like to cook and there's also bonus of having extra spicies and pans.Thank you for keeping the home, clean and tidy. It was perfect

We felt right at home with Ann's place. The furniture and decor are very beautiful. Ann is a very responsive host. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood even with a pool and park down the street. If we're in Gainesville again we would definitely book again.

We LOVED staying in Ann's gorgeous home!! Ann was so kind, very accommodating, quick to respond, communicative and very friendly. My mom and I stayed there with two of our friends - it was a 30 year reunion. We played games, bbq'd, had wonderful conversations and created many new memories. It was such a treat to all be together again. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, the beds, pillows and linens were all very comfortable, and the light moving through the windows is lovely. We were going to stay in a hotel after our check out date from Ann's home, but decided to stay in her home 2 more nights and she was very hospitable in making that happen. I would definitely stay there again! Ann was so wonderful and I felt like we became friends through our messages. We'll recommend her home to anyone going to Gainesville! Thank you, Ann! 💖

I stayed 9 nights for a solo ski trip. Probably one of the best airbnb's. Its a large space, easy access, comfy bed, nice couches (some hosts use awful, cheap, uncomfortable furniture), very quiet, great internet, and close to the slopes. Will def book again.
