We felt right at home with Ann's place. The furniture and decor are very beautiful. Ann is a very responsive host. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood even with a pool and park down the street. If we're in Gainesville again we would definitely book again.

We LOVED staying in Ann's gorgeous home!! Ann was so kind, very accommodating, quick to respond, communicative and very friendly. My mom and I stayed there with two of our friends - it was a 30 year reunion. We played games, bbq'd, had wonderful conversations and created many new memories. It was such a treat to all be together again. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, the beds, pillows and linens were all very comfortable, and the light moving through the windows is lovely. We were going to stay in a hotel after our check out date from Ann's home, but decided to stay in her home 2 more nights and she was very hospitable in making that happen. I would definitely stay there again! Ann was so wonderful and I felt like we became friends through our messages. We'll recommend her home to anyone going to Gainesville! Thank you, Ann! 💖

Super quick responses and a beautiful home. We played ping pong, foosball, giant Jenga, disc golf and corn hole! Nice back yard and great dining space. Beds were comfy and the pillows divine! Thanks so much!!!

I stayed 9 nights for a solo ski trip. Probably one of the best airbnb's. Its a large space, easy access, comfy bed, nice couches (some hosts use awful, cheap, uncomfortable furniture), very quiet, great internet, and close to the slopes. Will def book again.

Really enjoyed our stay with John. Convenient location to Alta and Snowbird, as well as to SLC and the airport. John was very responsive and helpful. It is a basement apartment, so you will hear a bit of noise above, but it didn't bother us. Overall, excellent value for the money, and would happily stay here again.

John and Emalina are such kind, generous and helpful hosts! I got injured the 3rd day of our stay and they really stepped up to make our stay comfortable and pleasant until I was recovered enough to drive home.
