Other Details to Note
♦️Though we try and walk lightly, people are living upstairs, with no pet, so you may simply hear occasional normal footsteps. Extra heaters are also provided in each room for desired warmth and to mask any unwanted noise if desired. Otherwise, all is quiet, and we want you to be comfortable! ♦️Mind your step when descending the stairs to enter. Use the handrail for support. 👍 ♦️ Guests have access to stairs once inside the basement, so please ensure children have supervision. 🙂 ♦️Exterior cameras video/audio in front, on west side of home, and over basement stairs to protect you, our home, and monitor the weather. ♦️License and permit obtained to share our basement apartment with you! Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire basement apartment (minus a locked closet), including: - Private exterior entrance - All three bedrooms and two bathrooms - Full kitchen - Family room with big-screen TV, games, and foosball table - In-unit washer and dryer Arrival: Guests will park under the basketball hoop, walk along the west side of our home, go through the chain-link metal gate, to the back of the house. There are stairs there leading down to the private door for the basement apartment. This pathway is well marked with yellow paint for steps. Watch your step! Each guest gets a personal code, which allows for easy, independent access throughout your stay. Parking is available on the driveway under the basket ball hoop- 1 spot. Let the host know if you need a 2nd parking spot on the driveway, adjacent to the 1st spot. No street parking allowed when the weather may snow, due to city plowing. Free street parking overnight when no chance of snow!

Park your car on the designated driveway spot under the basketball hoop. An additional adjacent parking spot can be available on the driveway- just let the host know! If it’s not actively snowing, you can also park a car on the street. If snowing, there’s no street parking overnight for the snow plows.
